Performing a clean install often helps get rid of problems!

Please follow these directions.

1. Run the GroupTools Cleaner, it should be found in your start menu if you are using Windows 7 or 10.
       Windows 8 users might have to search for it!
2. When the GroupTools cleaner is done, uninstall GroupTools from your computer.
3. When finnished, Download and run the latest GroupTools update.
