Left hand side of the screen:

Notice Subject and message

Second Life only allow 512 characters in a notice, once you are getting
close to this limit, you will see on thleft hand side of the message box
that the text is getting red.

Notice attachment

Click the Browse button to open your bot's inventory.
Once open, drag the item you wish to attach to the notice from the
inventory window to the box that says "Drop Inventory item here".
Once dropped, the picture box to the left of the attachment box will
show an icon resembling the item you want to attach.
Close the inventory window to continue.

Group IM SLURL

Do you want your IM to show a SLURL?
Leave empty for no SLURL, or enter the SLURL you want to
show in your group IM.

Message settings

You can format your IM in 3 different ways.
Option 1:
    The message will be a combination of the notice subject
    and the SLURL.

Option 2:
    The message will be a combination of the notice subject,
    the notice message and the SLURL.

Option 3:
    If none of the above option fits you, and you want to make
    use of all the 1023 characters you can use for the IM,
    select option 3 to create the IM message by hand.

Middle part of the screen:

The part concerning Saved Timers and manual sending
will be covered in step 3.

Right hand side of the screen:

Notice groups

The groups you select here will receive your notice.
Any non selected groups will not get your notice.

IM Groups

The groups you select here will receive your IM.
Any non selected groups will not get your IM.

You need to select atleast one group from the notice and IM

boxes in order to save your message.

You can save your message to use it as a template, save it with an
active timer, or manually send the message.

Saved Timers:

This dropdown list will show you any saved messages you have.
A message with the marking {A} has an active timer attached to it.
Messages without the marking does not have an active timer
and can be used as templates to manually send a message,
or can be be set up with an activated timer.

In this step, we will save the message as a template that can later
be used as a template or get a timer attached.

If you wish to create an active timer, please see the next step.

Add timer:

When you have typed up your message and selected the groups
you want your bot to send it's message to, click Add Timer.
A new window will be displayed.

Name:
Enter a name of the timer so that you can recognize it later on
in the saved timers dropdown list.

Type:

Select wether this should be saved as a notice, a group IM or both.

Anything below here is used with an active timer.

Active:

This checkbox is used to activate or deactivate timer a timer for
your saved message.
A deactivated message is perfect as a template, so leave the
checkbox unckecked for now.

Save & close:

The save button will save your message and it will
immediately become visible in the dropdown list of saved
messages.

The close button will simply close the window WITHOUT saving
the message!

Saved Timers:

This dropdown list will show you any saved messages you have.
A message with the marking {A} has an active timer attached to it.
Messages without the marking does not have an active timer
and can be used as templates to manually send a message,
or can be be set up with an activated timer.

In this step, we will save the message with an activated timer.

Add timer:

Name:

When you have typed up your message and selected the groups
you want your bot to send it's message to, click Add Timer.
A new window will be displayed.

Type:

Select wether this should be saved as a notice, a group IM
or both.

Anything below here is used with an active timer.

Active:

This checkbox is used to activate or deactivate the timer. A deactivated message is perfect as a template.

Send once:

If this checkbox is marked, the timer will only be active for one
message. As soon as the message is sent, the timer will become
inactive.

Start now & Start at date:

If the "start now" radiobutton is marked, the timer will become
active immedeately.
If the "Start at date" radiobutton is marked, you will get to
choose at which date and time the first message should be sent.
Click on the arrow to select date, and click on the time itself in
order to change the time.

End at this date:

When this checkbox is marked, the timer will end and become
inactive at the date and time you choose.
Click on the arrow to select date, and click on the time itself in
order to change the time.

Send message every:

Choose how often your message should be repeated.
The minimum amount is 10 minutes for the same timer.

Save & close:

The save button will save your message and it will
immediately become visible in the dropdown list of saved
messages.

The close button will simply close the window WITHOUT saving
the message!

Select a message from the dropdown list.
It can be an active or inactive message, it does not matter.
Once the message has been selected, it will automatically fill the subject,
message, attachment, SLURL, message settings and the IM message

It will also select all the groups you checked before you saved your message.

You may need to look at the groups lists though in case your bot has joined
any new groups.

Notice button:

Clicking on this button will send your selected message as notices to
all the groups you selected from the Notice groups box.

IM button:

Clicking on this button will send your selected message as group IM's
to all the groups you selected from the IM groups box.

Both button:

Clicking on this button will send your message as both notices and
IM's to all groups you checked from both group boxes.

Select a message from the dropdown list.
It can be an active or inactive message, it does not matter.
Once the message has been selected, it will automatically fill the subject,
message, attachment, SLURL, message settings and the IM message

It will also select all the groups you checked before you saved your message.

Modify any part of the message or change groups according to your needs.
Then click the modify button.

The timersettings window will appear again.

Make any changes in here if you need to and then click save.
